Sales Planning Executive

Business Area: Nestlé Ireland

Location: Dublin, City West (hybrid working - approx. 2 flexible days a week in the office)

Salary up to EUR39,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + 12 flexible days in addition to holiday entitlement + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary

We have a great opportunity to work with our sales team as a Sales Planning Executive. Being a Sales Planning Executive at Nestlé is about being passionate about the commercial elements of the business and demonstrating great customer service. A day in the life of a Sales Planning Executive...

As a Sales Planning Executive, working in a fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with the Customer Business Manager to ensure the company's profit and volume objectives are successfully met. This really is an exciting and challenging opportunity, which will see you work hard developing key skills that could stand you in a great position to embark on a progressive and successful sales career here at Nestlé.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

* Providing best in class administrative support to ensure effective execution of our channel and customer promotional plans.

* Proactively creating and running internal and external reports.

* Maintaining accurate customer pricing to ensure we achieve invoice accuracy first time, every time.

* Playing an active role in developing customer plans and attending customer meetings when needed.

* Working closely with the Customer Business Managers to ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

What will make you successful?

To be successful in this role you will ideally already have some fantastic administration experience under your belt. Experience within a commercial environment would be preferable, but not essential.

* You will be passionate; results focused, have a right first-time mindset and enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment.

* Acting as an ambassador for our business you will have great Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) whilst being able to demonstrate your already established analytical skills.

* You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player who is able to navigate through situations that can sometimes be ambiguous and pressured.

* You'll also:

* Have a high level of attention to detail.

* Be able to prioritise conflicting work demands across everything you do - managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.

* Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and financial situations.

* Be comfortable when working collaboratively and cross functionally.

* Have good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

* Not afraid to challenge where and when needed.

* Be confident with systems and processes.
