Drives Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Drives Field Service Engineer within the Customer Service Motion Control Unit based in Padua.

Your Challenge
The candidate will be hired in Customer Services Motion Control segment and will be included in the Service engineers' technical team.
The candidate will report to the Service engineer's manager and will be responsible for:
* Installation and commissioning of digital services in digital factory transformation;
* Configuration and tuning of drives system on manufacturers site;
* Corrective maintenance on drives system on end users sites;
* Support to hotline and technical clarification team in backoffice mode;
* Application software development for retrofitting projects.

To be a perfect fit for this role, You should already have significant operational experience in technical customer service or similar role with:
* (COMPANY NAME) plc programming (Step 7 and Tia Portal)
* Automation, Electrical/Electronic engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Drive technology for motion control (positioners and technology objects)
* Hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing (COMPANY NAME) or other brand Drives for different types of industries and applications
* Proven experience in technical remote support using Digital tools
* Current car driving license
* Passion to never-stop growing

* Proficiency in English and Italian
