🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
* Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
* Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top-down and bottom-up information flow.
* Manage daily operations end-to-end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.
* Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching

🎯 What We're Looking For:
* Warehouse Supervisory experience: 1-3 years
* Desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement, and strong analytical skills.
* Intermediate English preferred.
* Experience with WMS and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
