Main functions: Sector: Human Resources, Share center, call center with HR background To give support to questions or issues related to the human resources department to employees in the United States and other parts of the world. This position should be more focused on customer service profiles. It will be a plus if the candidates have knowledge in human resources area. CARE Support Representative is charged with quickly analyzing the information from the employee and accurately and efficiently provide direction or resolution to the employee or engage appropriate escalation resources for assistance.
