About the role

The Rewards Associate will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience. This role involves clear communication of rewards programs, case management, and collaboration with strategic vendors.

Key responsibilities

Manage benefits & compensation processes
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Handle enrollments & resolve benefit cases
Communicate rewards programs clearly
Build strong vendor relationships

Qualifications and skills

Experience: 2+ years in HR (Comp & Benefits preferred)
Shared Services/GBS experience = big plus
Skills: Learning Agility | Customer Focus | Digital Mindset
Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field
English & Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus!)
MS Office (Excel) + HR systems knowledge
Bonus: Data analytics, automation, AI know-how
