About this Position
The HR Generalist acts as the strategic link between the organization and its talent, leading the comprehensive management of the employee cycle, from compensation and performance to career development plans. Their role is essential to ensuring compliance with labor legislation and union relations, while driving change management and internal communication projects that strengthen commitment and organizational culture.
What you´ll do
* Supports internal clients and helps developing / implementing HR practices, HR solutions and strategies for the country, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in the country and in the frame of local labor law.
* Delivers and executes HR processes, advice and supports on policies accurately and steers salary review process for relevant MC levels within the country.
* Manages respective unions, work council and industrial relations.
* Supports recruitment activities for talents locally and reviews talent pipeline within the country / sub-region and coordinate performance and talent management process and acts as moderator locally.
* Manages promotion process locally and acts as a sparring partner with talent to identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
* Coordinates local change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction at local level.
