HR Business Services - Employee Life Cycle | HR Associate

Available Shifts: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00

In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We've been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Manage end-to-end new hire registrations in the SuccessFactors and SAP system, ensuring data accuracy, driving continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer service.

A day in the life of...

* Execution of the new hire onboarding process

* Ensure timely and high-quality execution

* Support for 2-3 LATAM markets

* Process improvement initiatives (1 per quarter)

* Compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

* Update and maintenance of operational guidelines

What will make you successful

* Attention to detail

* Time self-management and task prioritization

* Basic or intermediate Excel skills

* Effective communication

* Basic or Intermediate English

* Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineer, HR, PMO or related areas
