About the role
As a Talent & Learning Partner at Reckitt, you'll work as part of the Area Talent team to partner with our HR and business leaders to deliver our talent strategy for the Area. You'll partner with our Global Centers of Excellence to build and deliver talent programs and drive projects which build our future talent pipeline. This role calls for a highly collaborative, seasoned HR leader, who can influence across a complex, matrixed environment, and someone who is motivated to build for the long term and is able to work independently to design and deliver talent programs.
Your responsibilities
PDR, Talent & Succession Planning
In this role, you will embed the full Talent Cycle across the region - from objective setting to mid-year and end-year reviews - working closely with Talent Points of Contact to ensure consistency and high-quality execution. You will guide Regional Leadership Teams through all Talent and Succession processes, and partner with local HR to ensure senior stakeholders have strong, actionable PDPs in place. As you drive a structured approach to succession planning and talent pooling, you will also develop commercial talent pipelines and define clear career paths that support the growth of future commercial experts and leaders.
Culture - DEI, Well-being;, Engagement / Continuous Listening
You will collaborate with Global COEs to shape and deliver culture, DEI, and engagement initiatives that reflect the needs and insights of the region. By driving LEAD engagement and supporting HR in activating cultural programmes, you will help strengthen the overall employee experience. In addition, you will advance the continuous listening and wellbeing agenda across markets, ensuring that feedback turns into meaningful actions in partnership with HR and leadership teams.
Leadership & Learning
In the Leadership & Learning space, you will work with HR to define the cadence and requirements for Future Leader Programmes and ensure their effective local implementation. You will contribute as a facilitator when needed, coordinate nominations for leadership programmes, and support the matching of mentors and coaches for SMT and MM HIPOs. Working closely with Functional Talent teams and Academies, you will provide insights on capability-building needs and ensure that learning solutions are relevant and well embedded. You will also oversee the Area's Learning Needs Analysis and partner with Leadership Development teams to identify the right development interventions.
People Planning
Finally, you will embed the People Plan across markets by coaching HR and leaders on effective implementation and ensuring follow-through, helping teams translate people priorities into actionable, sustainable outcomes.
The experience we're looking for
* A degree in HR or equivalent qualification,
* Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness managing Talent programmes,
* Prior experience in HR Business Partnering roles in market,
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization,
* Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presentation,
* Stakeholder management especially working with senior management and strong influencing skills,
* Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to facilitate courageous conversations,
* Strong business acumen and perspective of IMEX.
