The Sales Admin & Operations Coordinator with Spanish (maternity cover) will be responsible for budget tracking, communicating prices and promotions to PepsiCo's clients & closely collaborating with Sales Force from Spanish BU.
Responsibilities

* Create and Update Customer/Vendor system information.
* Develop and Maintain Customer payment schedule.
* Perform budget tracking activities and validate budget sufficiency.
* Follow through payment process to ensure payments are released to customers/vendors within promised time.
Qualifications

* Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
* 1 - 2 year of experience in Customer support roles
* Time management and organization skills
* Spanish language fluency
* English language proficiency
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Other European language is an asset
* Strong communication skills
* Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery
* Ability to work under pressure with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity
* Resilience, diligence and team work
