Job Description:
The Q&FS Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the Drinks & Treats (D&T) strategy by leading key quality and food safety agenda. This role drives a strong quality mindset and behaviors within the sub-business unit and the external manufacturing network. The manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing operations such as incident management, change management, continuous improvement (CI), and the overall Q&FS strategy for Mars Drinks and Treats.

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Team Leadership & Development : Manage, engage, and develop Q&FS associates by fostering a high-performing team culture.
* Quality & Food Safety Systems: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sub-BU quality management systems via QMP Management Review.
* Incident & Change Management: Act as the incident owner for Q&FS-related incidents on site, ensuring compliance with PRIMP standards.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and goals aligned with site and regional objectives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership and coordination across functions to develop a clear roadmap for full compliance with global Q&FS standards.

Education & Professional Qualifications
* Experience in quality-related roles across raw materials, manufacturing, distribution, or product development.
* Practical experience applying scientific principles in food manufacturing quality and food safety;
* Strong relationship-building skills with commercial awareness and supplier management capabilities.
