POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales & Education Manager is responsible for driving retail sales performance, education excellence, artistry standards and event execution across their assigned region within the UK and Republic of Ireland.
This role acts as the single regional owner for commercial delivery and capability building, leading Area Managers & Retail Education Managers teams to deliver best-in-class retail execution, elevated client experience and consistent brand standards across the KENDO portfolio.
Reporting into the National Sales & Education Manager, this position plays a critical role in translating national strategy into regional action through strong leadership, commercial insight and effective cross-functional partnership with retailers and internal KENDO teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Proven experience at Regional / Area Manager level within sales, education, artistry or events (essential). Background in premium beauty, luxury retail or comparable high-touch service environments (preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional field teams and deliver commercial results. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs and event ROI. Exceptional communication, coaching and influencing skills. Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
