Descrizione del lavoro:
The people here at Apple don't just create products - they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionised entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple's Sales organisation generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers and partners. At the end of the day, our enterprise and channel partners need to know that, with their significant investment in Apple's ecosystem, everything's going to work as promised. We are the ones who make believers out of them. Events are one of the most direct levers we have to impact a sales relationship. Within SP&O, we don't just execute events - we deliver impactful, end-to-end partner and customer experiences that strengthen communities, accelerate commercial outcomes, and reflect the very best of the Apple brand. As we scale our programmatic, community-driven approach across EMEIA, this role sits at the heart of that ambition.
You will plan, coordinate and deliver live, virtual and hybrid enterprise events and partner community experiences that serve the needs of Apple's Enterprise Channel Partners and the SP&O Sales Performance & Operations organisation across EMEIA. From high-profile flagship events such as Connect Live, the Ambassadors Gathering, and the Executive Summit, to country-level partner summits and Group Partner events, you will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and execute with precision at every stage of the event lifecycle. You bring deep expertise across all six pillars of event planning - from strategic planning and content development through to production, event marketing, live execution, and post-event evaluation. You operate with a 3-6 month planning horizon for high-priority events and thrive managing the complexity that comes with international, multi-cultural, multi-format programmes. You are a champion of our programmatic, community-driven approach - linking every event to clear strategic outcomes, building repeatable and scalable processes, and working hand-in-hand with Sales and Channel teams to ensure we are bringing the right audiences together for the right reasons. You obsess over the partner and customer experience so that the sales team can focus on what they do best. You adhere to Apple Marcom guidelines and brand standards, and bring coherence and consistency to all event communications and materials. You are collaborative, proactive, and highly organised - capable of managing vendor relationships, budget reconciliation, and internal stakeholder alignment without losing sight of the experience you are creating. You have strong verbal and written communications skills and are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels. You have a sharp eye for detail - understanding that the venue, the food, the tone of a communication, and the design of a stand are all part of a lasting impression of Apple. You are savvy in your approach and have demonstrated innovation in how you achieve results. You have a deep passion for our brand, our vision and objectives, and how we value the partner and customer experience.
A proven track record of delivering successful live and virtual events, ideally within a B2B, channel or enterprise context. Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes with 3-6 month planning cycles. Strive for excellence and have a keen eye for detail - from brand execution to on-site logistics. Comfortable managing both short and long-term projects and prioritising accordingly. Excel at relationship building across internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Comfortable managing budgets, vendors and supplier contracts to deliver meaningful return on investment. Strong verbal and written communications skills, with experience writing event copy and stakeholder communications. Familiarity with virtual event platforms and event management technology is an advantage.
