Job Description SummaryAs a Benefits Expert, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality benefits administration across multiple countries, ensuring consistent employee experience and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with regional benefits teams, P&O Services, Rewards BPs, vendors, and local country P&O colleagues to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and timely support.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer day-to-day benefits programs across assigned countries (retirement, insured benefits, perks, allowances).
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, process maps, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Respond to employee queries by interpreting benefit policies and guiding them clearly.
* Oversee invoice reconciliation and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments in collaboration with P2P.
* Prepare vendor, payroll, and statutory reporting (including pension/disability plans where required).
* Review benefits data, perform data loads, resolve discrepancies.
* Partner with benefits vendors and P&O Services to ensure smooth administration processes.
* Support annual renewals, RFPs, and insurance renewals under global brokerage guidance.
* Monitor benefit utilization and produce periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
* Understanding of benefits programs and regulatory frameworks.
* Experience in HR admin and payroll operational processes.
* High attention to detail, particularly in data handling, reporting, and invoice accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving capability and ability to detect root causes of discrepancies.
* Skilled at developing productive relationships with vendors, country teams, and internal partners.
* Professional level of English, both written & spoken, any other EU language would be an advantage
