Digital Customer Experience Specialist - maternity cover

The Digital Customer Experience Specialist role is part of RCR, within the Marketing Digital department.
Contract type: temporary replacement (CDD) to ensure business continuity during maternity leave
Location: Bucharest
Your mission
You will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, content and feature updates, strategy, and user experience of the brand websites and digital platforms.
You also ensure that Dacia, Renault and Renew web properties are secure, functional, aligned with business objectives, and deliver an excellent and consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsabilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and updates of brand websites (Dacia, Renault, Renew).
* Coordinate content publishing and digital projects, ensuring alignment with business and campaign priorities.
* Collaborate with the local AEM web development agency to implement updates, improvements, and new features.
* Optimize user experience and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion performance.
* Monitor website performance and KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion) and drive continuous improvements.
* Ensure cross-functional coordination and compliance with internal processes, digital standards, and GDPR requirements.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Experience in digital/web project management
* Basic technical understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript - nice to have)
* Strong understanding of website ecosystems, CMS platforms, and digital journeys
* Good knowledge of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking
* English upper intermediate
* Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
