YOUR NEW POSITION

At MANGO, we are looking for a Total Rewards Expert to help shape and evolve our compensation strategy, ensuring it is competitive, fair, data-driven and aligned with our business and people priorities.

This role will play a key part in the design and management of compensation programs, salary review processes, benchmarking, job evaluation and reward governance. In addition, the position will contribute to the integration of ESG-related considerations into compensation practices, with a particular focus on pay transparency, equality reporting, regulatory compliance and reward data quality.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and manage compensation programs, salary structures and reward frameworks.
* Support annual salary review cycles, incentive schemes and job evaluation processes.
* Analyse market data and compensation trends to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
* Contribute to pay transparency, equality reporting and other ESG-related reward initiatives.
* Ensure data quality, consistency and traceability for reporting, compliance and audit purposes.
* Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide expert advice on compensation matters.
* Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, reporting and governance.
ABOUT YOU
* Solid experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or specialized compensation roles.
* Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary reviews, benchmarking and job evaluation.
* Experience in pay transparency, pay equity, ESG-related reporting or regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
