HR Partner (Castrol)

In this role You will:
* Partner with business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) teams to deliver key people initiatives such as talent management, development, DE&I, employee engagement, and organizational change
* Translate business priorities into actionable plans and support their successful delivery
* Work collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams to drive consistent and effective outcomes
* Build strong understanding of the business to ensure people solutions are aligned to local and organizational needs
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve people outcomes
* Coach and support leaders on people-related topics and best practices
* Contribute to change initiatives including reorganizations and transformation projects
* Support business continuity or crisis management activities where required
What You will need to be successful:
* Solid experience across People & Culture / HR roles in commercial or operational environments
* Track record of business partnering
* Strong partnering and coaching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development
* Proven track record in delivering projects and driving initiatives to completion
* Experience working in complex, global, and matrixed environments
* Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Fluency in English
