At our factory in Jászfényszaru, we manufacture the most advanced electromechanical steering systems in the automotive industry.

* Support recruitment and succession planning processes.
* Coordinate and supports performance management, talent management, and career development processes.
* Support and drive employee engagement initiatives.
* Support organizational change and change management initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation.
* Analyze HR metrics and prepares reports for management, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Service teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.
* Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary review activities.
* Support conflict resolution, disciplinary, and grievance management processes.
* Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Observing the thyssenkrupp Compliance Policy and acting accordingly.

* BSc or MSc degree (economist, communication studies, HR)
* Fluent English
* Labour law knowledge
* Loadability
* Willingness to travel
* Discretion and reliability
* Computer skills
