Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This position asure the correct innovation and campaigns strategy, and implementation of seassonalities, promotions and events in organized trade points of purchase, for all brands portfolio of Uruguay, with the objective of gaining engagement with full channel clients , maximizating the resources of the area and facilitating the interaction with marketing, finance, revenue management and sales team. He/She manage the hole POS strategy, interacting with the CCO teams, marketing teams and managers, aligning strategy, tactic and operational business plan. This role ensures the fulfillment of the SOM and sales objective for Uruguay which is his/her priority #1. Beyond Trade responsabilties, as leader of the most important sales channel, his/her role is critical to assure the trade promotions budget and A&M investments (USD175K FY) for all Trade Marketing Uruguay. He/She is also in charge of the ADVANTAGE results and plans for Trade Marketing, working together with CCO teams and local sales teams. She/he is in charge of the execution of all channels racks in our clients: 570K USD. She/he must have a seniority and empowerment to discuss, decide and take actions acting as leader of TM Uruguay with others stakeholders such as GM, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, CCO managers and sales managers, among others. Related with Perfect Store, she/he must develop and lead the Perfect Store model, delineate and comunicate country objectives, leader the governance in interaction within other sectors of the company and capacitations of the sales force. Develop Category Growth Plans for OT clients and Traditional Trade/Proximity segments, through Insight driven strategies, according to specific regional needs and opportunities in terms of Assortment, layouts, planograms and perimeter battles. For this role, achieving consistent results both for Salty Snacks and Nutrition categories and for PepsiCo is vital - mainly focused on Uruguay, but also Paraguay. This role have four direct report: three assistant in Uruguay and another in Paraguay
Your Impact
Active support to marketing, revenue, CCO and sales team at decistions to take a sustainable route map of purchase in terms of campaigns and promotions calendar.
* Take a leading role in TM decision of Uruguay and Paraguay as long as he/she intercats with Finance Managers, Marketing managers, Sales Managers, key accounts and CCO managers.
* Lead campaigns, promotions for Uruguay and Paraguay.
* Lead and asure racks strategy for Uruguay and Paraguay.
* Coordinates and leads the POS agenda, from preparing information (Insights from MKT and Sales) to enabling decision making and formalize a specific action plan to improve the POS Strategy.
* Communicate to Finance CU and Marketing teams the results of the campaigns and promotions at POS.
* Maintain and develop a relationship based on trust and synergy with clients to improve results and guarantee a long term business success.
* Develop the action plan according to the solutions determined in JBPs process.
* Ensures execution plan, gives follow up and allign sales operations teams.
* Design, lead and follow up incentives agenda for sales team.
* Lead weekly agenda with key accounts and marketing managers
* Lead weekly agenda with CCO teams
* Define 360° campaigns with ecommerce local team.
* Propose Trade Marketing opportunities, Leads Trade marketing Workshops and presents main opportunities at POS
* Leader and develop Perfect Store model and continuous improvements lined up with PS Latam strategy
* Responsible of PS strategy, culture development, objectives and NR associated
* Perfect Store governance, reporting and follow
* Leadership of Category strategy and execution plans for external and Internal clients
* Implement the main steps for category development: assortment + planogram and measurement of results
* Support internal/external customers with relevant information (analysis) about the category, using different data sources and tools * Provide an impartial and reliable view from the arguments and data analyzed
* Ensuring an execution aligned with shopper's purchase decision tree, ensuring compliance with fair share based on sales
* Bring valuable insights to Pepsico based on evidence-based analytics and customer experiences
* Be Pepsico's eyes within the customer, without interfering in other competitors'actions
* Show internally how much category management can help not only with a strategic but also a tactical vision
