Overview This is a direct Publicis Sapient role, embedded within our LATAM Learning & Development team. You will be working hand in hand with our Learning & Talent Development Manager for LATAM, supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn, grow, and succeed. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and traning programs creation for organizations. Responsibilities Your Impact Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations for all programs Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness Monitor attendance and participation in learning initiatives Assist in creating visually engaging materials using design tools like Canva Collaborate with team members on different L&D projects and regional initiatives Support the development of content and resources for training programs Manage and update databases to keep accurate records of certifications and progress Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant) Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VlookUps No prior professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the L&D and HR fields Curiosity about AI applications in HR and organizational learning Interest in creating impactful programs that support organizational growth Set Yourself Apart With Experience using macros or advanced Excel functions Previous exposure to learning and development, HR, or organizational development projects Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) for building training visuals A Tip from the Hiring Manager: "This role is for someone curious, proactive, and passionate about learning.
