Content Management Intern (August 2024; Photoshop/InDesign required)

Your mission

We are looking for a Content Management Intern to join the Event team at (COMPANY NAME) Daily. Reporting to the event project manager, your role is to produce all communication elements for our clients (companies and local authorities).

Your responsibilities

* Adapt and tailor all our communication kits for all our clients (print and digital support)
* Management, ordering, and tracking of communication elements for client events
* Creation and updating of communications according to the news and needs of the event and business teams
* Serve as the liaison and relay between the marketing and brand teams

Your qualifications

* Proficiency in Adobe graphic design tools (InDesign and Photoshop) with strong attention to detail
* You are organized, rigorous, and capable of meeting deadlines in the context of communication implementation
* Full work proficiency in English (and written proficiency in French)
* Nice to have: Creative and proactive in optimizing our communications for our clients' employees

* Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
* Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won't be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
