YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the HR OD team, this internship will take place in Danone HQ in Paris, starting from July 2026. Organizational Development (OD), as part of HR, focuses on shaping the company's structure, capabilities, and ways of working to support Danone's strategy and people. It drives transformation projects, designs future organizations, and ensures that teams are set up for success.

* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:
* Available from July for a duration of 6 months
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
* Appetences: Analytical thinkin, Strategic mindset, Creativity
* Language : English is a prerequisite
* Softwares : you are good with Excel / you feel comfortable with Power point (beginner to intermediary) / curious and wants to know more about the tool (beginner)
