Description
* RECRUITMENT
*
* Ensure the recruitments of the interns & apprentices (approximatively 50 recruitments per year): Resume sorting, HR interviews, offers & administrative part.
* Ensure the recruitments of some of CDD/CDI
* Partnering with managers to launch the recruitment campaigns & to have a perfect understanding of their recruitment needs
* LinkedIn sourcing
CAMPUS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
* Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
* Create partnership with different schools.
* Participate in forum.
OTHER HR ACTIVITIES:
* Being the key HR point of contact for interns & apprentices
* Animation of the interns & apprentices' community with different events (Discovery week, Welcome Morning Interns etc.)
* Logistics HR events
* Purchase orders
* Animation of Onboarding sessions
* HR Administration (contracts and employee certificates)
* Support HRBP's team on transversal projects
Qualifications
Profile
* Student in University or Business School, Master 2
* French and English are mandatory
* Previous experiences in HR or recruitment
* People oriented
* Confident in a dynamic environment
