YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 1st July. Kinga SCIBIOR, Digital Learning UX & Adoption Manager in the team Global HR Digitalization will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: On one side you'll learn about our global digital learning eco system (all digital tools, LMS, LXP) and work closely with the global learning Academy and HR IT teams and local learning communities to support the tool implementation and adoption.
You will be joining a team of pioneers of HR digitalization & data experts, global & local, Learning & Tech, to construct the next generation learning systems powered by Skills. You will get a fully global exposure and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the world, working in a truly global environment.
As the HR Digitalization Learning Intern, you report to the Digital Learning UX & Adoption Manager and support the global activities of the Digital Learning ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving the testing, end user awareness, adoption, engagement, and satisfaction of our digital learning platform.
* 70%LMS & LXP Testing, UAT and System Readiness
* Design, maintain, and execute test scripts for LMS and LXP functionalities (core learning flows, assignments, reporting, integrations, user experience).
* Support and perform constant User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across different user profiles (learners, learning managers, administrators).
* Validate system readiness ahead of key milestones, pilots, and go-lives.
* Identify, document, prioritise, and follow up on defects and improvement points in collaboration with HR IT and external vendors.
* Track testing progress and readiness indicators, and contribute to project reporting and success metrics.

* 30%Change management
* Create and update testing documentation, test scenarios, and validation summaries.
* Contribute to user guides and communication assets related to system changes and new functionalities.
* Support the learning community by during testing, pilot and early adoption
* Help ensure a smooth transition from testing to adoption through clear documentation and knowledge sharing during trainings and constant support

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work

* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2025 for a duration of 6 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
* Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
* You have studied or worked in Human Resources, tech, or in Project management
* You demonstrate a passion for the fields of digital innovation, learning & Edtech, communications, and human resources.
* You are resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership of the tasks assigned to you.
* Fluent English is required (French or another language is a plus).
* Comfortable with Excel
