Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.04.2026:

* Active support for the HR operating office team on operational and strategic issues
* Collaboration on strategic HR projects and support for initiatives to develop the HR organization
* Preparation and preparation of presentations, reports and decision documents (in particular with MS PowerPoint)
* Support with internal communication and change management measures
* Collaboration in the design, implementation and documentation of HR processes and strategies
* Project management support, including coordination of tasks and appointments
* Close cooperation with various internal interfaces and international stakeholders
* Supporting the team in day-to-day business and administrative tasks

Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong analytical thinking skills
* organizational ability
* presentation creation
* Knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially PowerPoint)
* First points of contact with internal communication
