HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT)
The HR GT team is responsible for overall HR projects (human resources) at T-Systems. In doing so, we work internationally and closely with business, central and decentralized HR departments, our social partners and various divisions of the company. Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the HR team with the following responsible tasks from 15.07.2026:
* You prepare information and decision-making documents for HR management and prepare them independently.
* You take on project management tasks and actively support their implementation
* You are involved in the design and implementation of workshops
* You assist with administrative and organizational activities as well as with coordinating appointments
* You research, analyse and prepare strategic and operational issues (e.g. on the subject of EU pay transparency) and support our subsidiaries
* You help with the preparation and follow-up of (international) meetings
* You further develop concepts for using digital tools and (agile) methods and analyze their possible applications as part of process optimization
Your profile
Ideally, you are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources management, business psychology, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* You are comfortable using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel)
* You are characterized in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of personal initiative and excellent communication skills
* The HR environment is very dynamic: you should therefore enjoy a wide range of tasks, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and have a high degree of personal initiative
* You have a structured way of working and a sense of clear communication with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in accordance with GER)

Duration: 6 months
At one of the two locations: Bonn, Leinfelden
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
