Your role

A Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Intern needs to support in the designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs.The role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring employee satisfaction, and aligning the compensation and benefits strategy with the overall business objectives.

Main responsibilities

* Support hiring offers from a Compensation perspective, ensuring compliance with the Pay Transparency Directive and conducting salary benchmarking and compensation analyses to validate positioning and internal equity

* Support in the definition of Long-Term Incentives (LTI), ensuring data quality within the database; collaborate with local C&B teams to clean and maintain employee data; manage requests related to digital tools and support the development and communication of campaign guidelines

* Support in the definition and management of Short-Term Incentives (MBO), managing MBO plans through SAP and SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate system setup and ongoing maintenance

* Support in the definition of Salary Review guidelines, contributing to the preparation and validation of data and databases used to run the process and ensure data consistency and accuracy

INTERNAL : Other HR Departments, C&B from regions, Finance, Communications Team

EXTERNAL : IT Consultants

Main requirements

* Educational Background in Economy

* Strong Analytic skills

* Strong experience with Excel, Power Point
