Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Engagement Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, reporting, communications, and engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration, people analytics, employer branding, and HR digital improvement projects, while working closely with the HR team on both operational and project-based activities.
HR Operations & Administration
* Coordinate and support employee orientation sessions, HR meetings, and workshops.
* Take meeting minutes, prepare notes, and follow up on action items.
* Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave trends).
HR Communications & Materials
* Prepare HR communications, presentation decks, and meeting materials.
* Support internal communication initiatives and documentation.
HR Projects & Engagement
* Support the HR department on special projects, ad-hoc functions, and HR events (e.g. career fairs).
* Support planning and actively participate in the execution of yearly HR engagement initiatives, including follow-up actions.
* Assist in HR digital improvement projects and automation initiatives.
* Assist with survey preparation, administration, and basic analysis for HR initiatives.
* Support employer branding projects, including materials preparation and coordination.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; automation is an advantage).
* Digitally savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
* Proactive, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
