Job Description:

Support Shopfloor Training (SFT) department in maintaining training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Ensure competency matrices and on-the-job (OJT) records remain current and audit-ready.
* Schedule and track OJT sessions, update competency matrices and training records.
* Coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS for training compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

* Degree student in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical) or HR.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage.
* Comfortable working on shopfloor and communicating in English/BM.
