Job Description:
* To assist HR department in day-to-day tasks.
* Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)
* Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates
* Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)
* Assist team with preparation of materials
* Other related ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English
* Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues with strong attention to detail
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Willing to work in MCT Tower, USJ Subang
