About the Opportunity
Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking an Intern to join our Talent Team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you'll gain first-hand insight into how the Learning & Development team operates within a global law firm environment.
You will support the execution of our flagship development programs, contributing directly to the growth and engagement of our people.
Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and delivery of L&D programs (logistics, scheduling, materials)
* Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events
* Manage participant communications and track attendance and feedback
* Maintain learning systems and databases (LMS updates, reporting)
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives
* A paid 6-month internship at a global law firm (35 PLN gross per hour)
* Daily use of English in a professional setting
* A hybrid work model
* Flexible working hours
Requisiti del candidato:
* University student, ideally with a focus on economics, finance, or a related field
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational, data, and reporting skills
* A critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* A team player with a collaborative approach
* Availability minimum 32 hours per week
