Job Description:
(COMPANY NAME) Medical Care GBS is seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team in Wroclaw. This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement within the GBS community by leveraging internal channels and social media platforms. The successful candidate will play a vital role in capturing and showcasing the vibrant culture, events, and activities taking place within the organization.
Responsibilities:
On-site Presence:
* Be actively present at office events, training sessions, web meetings, and other activities organized by GBS Wroclaw.
* Engage with employees to capture candid moments and gather content for social media posts.
Local Activity Team:
* Collaborate with the local activity team to align social media initiatives with on-site activities.
* Work closely with colleagues to understand the pulse of the workplace and identify engagement opportunities.
Content Creation:
* Capture high-quality photos during events and activities.
* Write engaging and informative posts for LinkedIn and internal channels.
* Suggest compelling content for managers to share on their social media profiles, fostering a sense of community and pride.
Employee Engagement Boost:
* Utilize social media to elevate the visibility of in-office and out-of-office events.
* Enhance the overall branding of GBS initiatives to create a positive impact on employee engagement.
Partnership with Global Communications and Talent Acquisition:
* Partner with the Global Communications and Talent Acquisition teams to align local social media initiatives with global communications strategies.
* Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications
* Share insights and best practices to contribute to the overall global communication strategy.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and incorporate their perspectives into social media initiatives.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, or social media-related program.
* Passion for social media and its ability to connect people.
* Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Familiarity with popular social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
* Basic photography skills and willingness to learn and adapt
