This role requires a continuous and positive support between Romanian SSC and India and Portugal Recruitment Team employees and external candidates as well all year round. The HR Trainee will play a crucial role in assisting the HR department with recruitment activities and providing support in various HR administrative tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field, contributing to the growth of both the organization and the individual.

Role
Recruitment and Selection:
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
* Launch and follow up the approvals for new hires
* Upload of CVs and all other mandatory documents in The Recruitment tool
* Sourcing of new candidates on different job portals or social & professional channels: LinkedIn
* Sending feedback letters to non-eligible candidates and changing the status in the Recruitment tool
HR administration:
* Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
* Assist with employee record maintenance and ensure data accuracy in HR system

Profile
* English skills - at least B2 level
* MS Office proficiency
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Prior internship or relevant coursework in HR is a plus
