Internships will start in July 2026. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Join us as a Business Strategy (Power & Grid) Intern to make an impact! Location: Kallang The Role: Power & Grid Segment Intern Mission (About the Role) Support the regional Power & Grid segment in driving business growth, digital transformation and strategic account development across utilities and infrastructure customers. You will gain hands-on exposure to: Digital grid solutions. Grid modernization & decarbonization strategies Utility account platforming and market intelligence This internship provides a strong foundation in energy transition, power systems and infrastructure markets. What will you do? Market Intelligence & Insights Conduct research on utilities, grid operators and infrastructure players across EAJ & Pacific Analyze market trends: renewable integration, grid digitalization, electrification Support competitor benchmarking. Develop insights to support regional strategy and growth plans Strategic Account & Pipeline Support Assist in key account mapping Support pipeline tracking and opportunity qualification Contribute to account plans and platforming initiatives Prepare executive briefs for customer engagements Digital Grid & Solution Positioning Support positioning of Schneider Electric offers: ADMS / DERMS / EcoStruxure Grid Substation automation & digital solutions SF6-free Solutions Help develop customer presentations and solution value propositions Work with global and local teams on solution alignment Business Development & Go-to-Market Support Help organize customer workshops, webinars and executive sessions Support preparation of segment presentations and leadership materials Contribute to regional campaigns on grid modernization and sustainability Performance Tracking & Reporting Track key KPIs (pipeline growth, opportunities, engagement activities) Support dashboards and business reviews Prepare summaries for leadership updates Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, solution architects and country teams Support coordination on strategic projects (utilities, transport, smart cities) Gain exposure to regional business operations and governance Learning & Development Develop understanding of: Power systems & grid operations Energy transition & decarbonization Digital transformation in utilities Build skills in stakeholder management, analysis and strategic thinking What qualifications will make you successful? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Engineering or Business/Marketing with strong interest in energy sector Interest: Passion for power systems, utilities, renewable energy or infrastructure Skills: Analytical thinking & structured problem solving Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work across teams and cultures Mindset: Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
