What You'll Be Doing:

As a Revenue Trainee, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience in one of the most data-driven and impactful departments in hospitality. You'll support the Revenue Team with day-to-day operations, data analysis, pricing strategies, and system management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and analyzing daily pickup reports using tools like Hyatt PrO, Lighthouse, and Opera
* Participating in Daily Business Reviews (DBRs) alongside key revenue team members
* Assisting in strategy and pricing updates for transient, group, corporate, and wholesale segments
* Supporting monthly and weekly forecasting processes and performance reviews
* Attending meetings with OTA partners and contributing to MICE and segmentation strategies
* Assisting with system maintenance and data integrity across RMT, Opera, and Reserve platforms
* Contributing to end-of-month closure tasks and revenue reporting for leadership teams

Requisiti del candidato:

What We're Looking For:
* Full-Time Commitment: This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
* Our internship programs require 6-month availability in Barcelona.
* Educational Collaboration: You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
* Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
* Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship.
* Language Skills: Advanced English is a must and Advanced Spanish is highly valued.
