What will you be involved in?
A product Registration Consultant's primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service, capture and maintain accurate customer product registration information on NetAdmin database, to provide accurate & complete registration information/ licenses or Product Activation keys to our customers in a highly pressurized environment. The Product Registration
Services department provides registration codes telephonically, via webforms & via email correspondence for Sage 50 packages.
During your time on the programme, you could be involved in:
* Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
* Strong trouble-shooting and excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
* Patience with dealing with client queries and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
* The ability to work within a team as a team player
* Always be up to date with product changes and developments
* Cooperation and willingness
* Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure
* Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to think outside the box.

What we're looking for
To be eligible for this role, you'll need a degree or diploma in Business, Management, Marketing
* Must have completed grade 12 / Matric
* Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
* Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics
* Be bold and have a positive approach
* Be able to simplify process and communicate it effectively
* Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
* The ability to work within a team as a team player
