About the job:
Main learning topics:
* Develop practical skills in customer experience analysis within private banking.
* Learn how to analyze quantitative and qualitative client data to generate structured insights.
* Gain experience in customer journey mapping and identification of friction points.
* Learn to support the analysis of commercial campaigns and funnels.
* Acquire hands-on experience in data visualization, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
* Understand how projects and initiatives are coordinated and monitored in a corporate environment.
* Develop professional skills in stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation.
* Operate within strict data governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and logically.
* Advanced Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard building). Knowledge of macros/VBA is a strong advantage.
* Genuine interest in customer experience, data analysis, and business strategy.
* Ability to work in a structured way, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
