The campus was really nice, I live in a two-piece flat with another girl.WE had a bathroom and a all kitchen facilities. It was clean and rather news. There was as well a common room where we would watch TV or just get together and have fun.The only drawback is that the campus was a bit far from the University and rather isolated from the city.

Depends on where you'll end up at. There're big differences between the individual housing facilities ... some are brilliant, some suck big time.

Type of housing: Hall of Residence
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
Because of a booking error, I spent one month in an on-campus Hall of Residence exclusively for foreign students,6 months in an on-outskirts-of-town Hall occupied mainly by Danish students in a small complex of such Halls, then 4 months back in the original Hall. Occupants were fine both times, but it's Location,Location,Location!

Very wide variety of type & location, well-organised for foreign students by International Secretariat Accom. officer. Very helpful.

It's a big problem to find an accomodation here, so it's better always to arrange it before.

I was very satisfied with housing at Aarhus University because the international secretariat arranged all the details of my accomodation before me arriving in Aahrus. Everything was fine and I didn´t have any problems during the rest of my stay there.

It was quite good because every studented lived in a single room with it's own private toilet and the campus was close to the University and the down town.
