Learning languages is different for each person but it seems for most people to go in waves. The first few months were incredible and then I felt I could make no progress. However, after 6 months, I felt I was progressing. By the end of the stay I was fluent but not bilingual. The hardest thing, however, is to keep it up. You have to return a lot and spend a lot of time on iAgora.

I wish that the Sorbonne had been more organized, meaning having proper hours and setting them in stone more than 1 minute before the beginning of the first session of class.

I have made a great friend in my host mom. We get along really well. I get to be an adult and have my own life but still have companionship and someone who is looking out for me.
