There are a lot of choices however it is difficult to find an accomodation if ou join the term half way through. Luckily I managed to find an aparment off campus but still a part of University. The people at the accomodation office tried to help me as much as possible but I was unable to get anywhere until I actually started my classes.

Dorms are only for undergrads, and finding an apartment is not that hard if you put some work into it. Short-term lease are in strong demand by seekers.

It is a pitty, that for exchange students it is impossible to live on campus. However, university members helped to find accomodation.
