As the on campus accomodation is quicly filled up, the rest of the people have to look for a place on their own, the university only provides them with some adresses to which apply for, but those adresses are obviously not enough .

Accomodation is the biggest drawback of choosing to live in Dublin : very difficulty to find, quite expensive and not always very clean. My advice is to ask the University's accomodation officer for names of landlords. This is the best way to find accomodation, because being recommanded by someone is the most efficient way to reach your goal in a country that uses "networking" at lot.

Bring a good/expensive umbrella it will worth it! Learn how too cook at least something you really like. It is always better than you expect.
