Easy to learn French to the level where you are able to follow the courses and handle every day life, but it takes very long to be able to take with the local students without problems, because of the slang and the fast speaking rythm.

It was terrible to start with. No-one even wants to speak english. I fighted hard and came out with flying colors, so now atleast i know basic everyday words.
