Greece is amazing: there are so many places to see! And students have a lot of discounts to travel!!! During the weekend take the train or the bus and go.. And don't miss Erasmus parties: they're a good opportunity to meet people that are living your same experience! And they can understand you!

During my time in Greece I spoke first of all English (expecially with other Erasmus students), then Italian (with some friends and some teachers who worked in the Italian language department) and Greek (who some teachers and some people who didn't speak English). Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Because I liked sharing a flat with other students, but if I could go back I wouldn't rent an apartment near the University, but in the center of Athens

Psyrri is a very good place for the nightlife, expecially in the winter. It's full of cafes and clubs. And also if I didn't live in the center of Athens it was easy to go home at night: taxis're available all the night and not so expensive!
