Personal comments
The University is in the center of Munich. All the facilities ( computers, rooms) are quite new. The professors were also very interesting and patient with foreign students. Moreover, I learnt a lot about Information System with lectures like : SAP, Network, Operating Systems, or Project Management.

I was surprised by the number of shops that don't accept Visa cards. Even Ikea ! It's no use chosing an ISDN line for the telephone.

Academic
Course recommendations
It's quite difficult at the beginning to learn both a new language and a new course. But it's in fact very benificial to improve our language and then understand new topics.

First, I tried to meet German people, abd to spend time with them. I tried to speak as much as possible, without trying to speak English, or using a dictionnary. That's the best way to improve verbal communication. In the courses, I also tried not to interrupt my listening, and just noted the difficult words.
