Gothenburg is located centrally in the Scandianivan area, which facilitates trips to Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen.
You shouldn't miss a "Norway cruise": 2 days trip to Kristiansand on a party boat for a ecconomical price.
Clubbing is expensive and you have to be over 23 (females) or 25 (males) or even older.
Nethertheless, good spots are Studentshus (the student house that organizes big parties once in a while), Våland or Nerfertiti
