Food is more expensive if you want quality. Telephone because i used it more than at home. Accomodation because in my home university town, accomodation is very expensive, nightlife because drinks and entries are more expensive. Travel, because i don't have a discount card here.

It is a really good place to meet other student. You better ask to share room with another nationnality student. It helps you to improve your english, and it is really interesting to share culture.

Despite of the rent quite high, the housing was well-located, internet connection was perfect and as exchange students lived there too, the atmosphere was multicultural and enjoyable.

I suggest to 1.get rid of the accellerated programme 2. set some formal language courses for international students. 3.for the language courses, some students from other countries can be helpful. 4.improve the management system.

Final comments
All in all, study in the Netherlands is easy for me to travel to other european countries and very good environment to study other european languages like French, German, Spanish etc if you have time.I advice the students try to study as many languages as they can and find part-time jobs constantly to enrich the social experiences.

in my host country, the local language is a little difficult but I would like to learn. in the Netherlands, I experienced more in English communication. For Dutch, since I haven't learnt it formally, it is not improved yet.

School had some trouble accomodating other students in need of housing. It turned out OK, but sure needs improvement, although it has nothing to do with the education, but with the housing administration.
