Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Nice to have an Apartment - the student rooms I saw were not anywhere I could have lived. Very small and nowhere to cook food. I would though have decided to live closer to the center than I did now. I had 35 min walk into the city and the last bus into town was 20.30- too early. Would have been easier to live in the center. It was though cheaper to live a bit outside.

I didn't live in the student accommodations - they were very cheap but also low standard in my opinion. Ok I guess if you do not expect too much. A lot of people actually live there.

everything is clean and renovated but nevertheless the desks and the cupboards are already damaged. Furthermore, there is really little space for living but on the other hand the rent is really a bargain.

We lived in F4 right in fron of the Peyrou. Fabulous. As well, I encourage foreign student to apply for CAF-this service subsidizes your rent. Hard to get but well worth the wait.

Beacause I liked my appartment, it was little but enough for me. I had my privacy and it was lotated in a central area of Montpellier, plus this city is a great place to live as a student.
