I liked the university but the City is to my mind very boring and therefore i do not recommend anyone to go there. However, if your main concern is academic achievemnt then you should go there as the university is ranked among the top 10 in France.

If you are interested in travelling in france it would be a smart thing to buy a reduction card for train,with this card you will always have a reduction of 50% on your train tickets which is very useful if you travel often.

Go on the integration weekend in september. It is great fun and you get to know the native students and their culture.
