Not so big in size, but huge in multiculturality
Eunice N
Portugal, Undergraduate
Engineering, Civil, 2019
Overall
Well, let me begin with the courses in an overall view. Besides being a polytechnic Institute, it offers a variety of courses, some of which have gotten a great ranking globally and over Europe as well. The campus itself is not hard to manage, the people and employees are always so helpful. It has an international environment since more than 1000 of the students are from abroad, so you can get a glimpse of multiculturality and a taste of different overviews because there are man people who come from different background.
The lectures are quite good as well, although it could be more practical. Summing up, it is a nice place to spend some college years.

Studying in Portugal
Kostiantyn Z
Portugal, Graduate
Business Studies, 2019
Overall
When I came to Portugal, I thought it would be very difficult because I had not been abroad to study in enother country before. But it is my university here in Portugal, the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, that I fully advise this university for your further studies. When you come here, you will immediately feel the care of both teachers and students who will help you at any time of your difficulties. And the most important thing about the learning process is that everything is very organized and professional.

It appears to be in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. It's an illusion... Bragança gets under your skin (if you're the type).

What is it like to study at IPB.
Thais G
Portugal, Graduate
Engineering, Chemical, 2021
Overall
The master's degree in Chemical Engineering at IPB reguer a year of great dedication, there are several classes, but the teachers are great, with good didactics and mastery of the content, the subjects are directed to the technology of chemical processes and have laboratories that perform their functions well. In the second year of the master's thesis / dissertation, with recurring problems in society or in industry is developed.
The campus is well located, 20 minutes walk from the city center.

Good but very challenging
Gérsica M
Portugal, Undergraduate
Computer Science / IT, 2022
Overall
The city is very small and very cold which was a nightmare for me because I come from a very hot country.
The school system is good but very challenging. It seems that you were studying just to pass the exams.
Teacher are always willing to assist in all the ways they can.
