Ionian University (Ionio Panepistimio)

I like most of the university’s courses and the teachers are very skilled and do professional work . We focus on doing translations from the first weeks of the university and therefore I believe that it has granted me with a lot of experience in this field .

The university is quite organized and has very good infrastructure and facilities. The professors become your advisers and guide you, giving you supplies for your entire professional career. The lessons were interesting.

The university is kind of small but this gives you the chance to work deeper with the great help of our teachers!

The Department of Foreign Languages Translation and Interpreting seemed to be really interesting. However, after my acceptance, I was kind of disappointed about the function of the Ionian University. For instance, there not many professors in order to teach foreign languages, as there are not enough funds. Nevertheless, tutoring of foreign languages is considered to be essential for the effective operation of the department. 
As for the already existing professors, they could be characterized as highly knowledgeable and communicative with their students.
