Finland is not the cheapest place to drink a beer. It doesn't matter where you go- it's expensive anyway. Here are some places to go:

I used to speak scholar english and being here with exchange students from all around the world with one common language was a really nice experience and a great improvement. Everyone who tried to make some efforts though it was not his mother tongue was able after two months to communicate easily.
